Return Policy
Given the nature of sealed products in the TCG industry, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or is not as described, please email us, and we'll resolve the issue. Alex@PokeGathering.com
Cancellations can be requested before shipment, but they will incur a 3% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund. This fee accounts for the non-refundable payment processing fee we incur during the initial transaction.

When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item) on PokeGathering, all other items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. That means If a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.
